Product Introduction:
Rotary Series - Features of Rotary Ball Splines
The rotating ball spline is equipped with a dedicated bearing sleeve on the outer diameter of the spline outer cylinder to make it operate. By allowing the outer cylinder to rotate or stop, two modes of motion (rotation, straight line) can be carried out with just one axis.
1. Zero clearance in the direction of rotation, high positioning accuracy.
2. High speed and smooth operation.
3. Low noise.
4. Easy installation and space saving.
Rotation characteristics:
The characteristic spline rotation direction of the rotation series has zero clearance/high positioning accuracy, and the contact angle between the nut and the steel ball is 40 °. It adopts a bearing DB type (back to back combination) design, which is particularly suitable for bearing torque loads due to the wide span between the effective centers of the ball groove.
The high-speed/smooth rotation series screws are designed with high lead, allowing for high-speed, smooth and smooth movement. Low noise through high-precision grinding technology allows steel balls to smoothly move along the tangent direction inside the nut, reducing noise and friction caused by blockage.
Easy to install/space saving, the nut and bearing sleeve are integrated into one shape, with small nut volume and large assembly space. When assembling, simply lock the screws and bearing sleeves onto the support seat, which is very convenient. The selection of shafts (solid shaft, hollow shaft) When the diameter of the spline shaft end or middle part is large, cutting and processing will be carried out according to the customer's requirements. For areas that require piping, wiring, exhaust, or weight reduction, hollow spline shafts can be used in combination.
