When the phenomenon of biased load occurs, it will directly affect the lifespan and noise of the screw rod, and it is mostly due to the feeling of rough operation. If the smoothness of the screw rod is different when it is unloaded and after assembly, in addition to paying attention to the accuracy of the screw rod itself, it is mostly due to poor combination accuracy that biased load phenomenon occurs.

4、 Smooth mobility

Ball screw has higher efficiency than sliding screw, and the required torque is only less than 30%. It is easy to transform linear motion into rotational motion. Even if pre pressed, the ball screw can maintain its smooth motion characteristics.

The support seat is a bearing that connects the screw rod and the motor. It is constructed and specially designed for the shaft end products of standard ball screw inventory. Standardized support units such as ek and ef are prepared, and standard support units such as bk and bf are prepared for general tbi ball screw rods. The support unit on the fixed side is equipped with Jis5 level angular contact ball bearings that have been pre pressed and adjusted. Especially in the subminiature versions of ek6 and ek8, there is a subminiature angular contact ball bearing with a contact angle of 45 ° developed for the subminiature ball screw, which can achieve high rigidity, high precision, and stable rotational performance.

The support unit on the support side uses deep groove ball bearings. The internal bearings of the support units ek and bk are filled with an appropriate amount of lithium soap based lubricating grease and sealed with special sealing washers, which can be directly installed and used for a long time.

5、 The adoption of optimal bearings

Considering the balance of rigidity with the ball screw, high rigidity and low torque angular contact ball bearings (contact angle 30 °, free combination) are used. Meanwhile, the ultra small support units ek6 and ek8 are equipped with ultra small angular contact ball bearings developed for ultra small ball screws. This type of bearing has a contact angle of 45 °, a small ball diameter, and a large number of balls. It is a highly rigid and high-precision ultra small angular contact ball bearing that can achieve stable rotational performance.
